Refund policy
General Conditions Applicable to Returns
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, you can return any product within 7 days after the delivery of your Order.
In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the Order) must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase with the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents).
- Items must be in their original packaging/box
- The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
Returns Process
- A request for product return should be placed within 7 working days from date of product received. Requests should be sent to support@amorzida.com
- We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with and remain in the original packaging.
- In case of returns any charges incurred – including courier and shipping charges- are not included and will have to be borne by the customer.
- Please note that we DO NOT offer store credit for shipping and COD charges, only the value of the goods when purchased.
Refund Process
- We will be happy to provide you refund as store credit in case you are not satisfied with your purchase valid for 30 days.
- Please be aware that under no circumstances will any requests for cash back or credit card refund will be entertained.
- Your store credit will be processed within 7 working days.
- The product being returned should be the same as the product sent.
- The product being returned should not be damaged
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- The product can only be exchanged once as per policy..
- Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
- No discounts codes and coupons can be utilised during sales period even if they are valid.
Item Return Policies
Damaged Goods and Incorrectly Fulfilled Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, Shipping and Handling will be borne by us. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 7 days of receipt. Replacements may be available depending on stock. If product is not available store credit will be provided which is valid for 30 days from date of return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products bought during sales and with discounts cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged if any of the items are missing.

We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law
